Can not be hot melt connection, can only use metal pipe mechanical connection.

PP-R pipe is also called three type polypropylene pipe, using random copolymerization polypropylene by extrusion into pipe, injection molding into pipe fitting. It is a new type of plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s. Pp-r is a new generation of pipeline material, which adopts gas phase copolymerization process to randomly polymerize about 5% PE in the molecular chain of PP (random copolymerization). The oxygen index of PVC-C is 60, and the combustion capacity is very low. It will extinguish immediately from the fire, and will not produce fire drops, which can inhibit the production of smoke and toxic gases.

5, not affected by residual chlorine

Different from polyolefin pipes, PVC-C pipes are not affected by residual chlorine in water after long-term use, and will not crack and leak.

6, acid and alkali resistance

PVC-C has strong anti-corrosion ability for both acid and alkali, and can be used to transport HCL and NaOH liquid.

7. Bacteria are not easy to reproduce

Many tests have proved that PVC-C pipes are not easy for bacteria to breed. The growth rate of bacteria in PVC-C pipes is 1/60 of PEX pipes, 1/10 of copper pipes and 1/4 of steel pipes. The amount of legionella in water samples was 1/13 of that in PEX tube and 1/17 of that in PP-R tube.

8, low coefficient of thermal expansion and aging resistance

Compared with other plastic pipes, the thermal expansion coefficient of PVC-C pipe is smaller, about 1/2 of PP-R, PB, PEX and other plastic pipes. PVC-C tubes have strong UV resistance and can be used outdoors, while ordinary polyolefin tubes cannot.

13. ABS: acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene engineering plastic water supply pipe

The material of pipe manufacturing is acrylonitrin-butadiene-styrene mixture, in which ABS resin is the main material. Only the additives needed to improve its physical and mechanical properties and processing properties are added. The additives should be dispersed evenly. The density of propylene wax butadiene styrene (kg/ m3) is: 1000≤ρ≤l070. The acrylonitrile in propylene wa-butadiene styrene raw material should be more than 20 (mass fraction), and the other components should not be more than 5% (mass fraction). The raw materials should be made into pipes and tested according to the provisions of GB/T18252. The minimum required strength MRS Is not less than 14MPa, and the minimum value of overall service (design) coefficient C is 1.6.

ABS pipe and fittings shall be manufactured in accordance with GB/T20207. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride piping systems for the delivery of drinking water shall comply with the requirements of GB/T17219-1998.
